I don't put much stock in this web site's reviews because they all deal with sales and because they are all entirely favorable. Do you really know anyone who's had nothing but positive experiences with any car dealership, especially AFTER they've purchased the car? Quality Subaru's service is horrible. There is a serious communication problem there and a real lack of respect for the customer. Sure, there's a veneer demanded by the sales team but its thin and the service department is not, in my opinion, to be trusted. Their "service consultants," make promises they have no intention of keeping, promise call backs they have no intention of keeping and outright lie to you. I dealt with the service manager too. He rude, blaming the lack of communication on me, etc. What all staff in the service department seem to have in common is the inability to listen to the customer and a general condescending attitude toward people. Be careful, this shop will do anything to cover up their mistakes, including lying. I don't trust them I certainly would not recommend having your car serviced there! More

Gary is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I feel we were given a very competitive and very good/fair deal. It was close to great but when it comes to purchasing cars my personal feelings are car prices can never be classified as great. I did some comparison shopping but not as much as with my previous subaru purchase. Everyone was pleasant and personable, and even the owner took time to speak with us during the process. The general manager stepped in initially after we had a brief wait on arrival instead of allowing us to wait longer for a salesman to be available. I have walked into other dealerships and not been acknowledged for way too long, so that impressed me. He worked out the details that made us feel good about trading in and upgrading to a 2013, and made us feel he wanted to sell us a car. We usually buy and keep our cars longer and were exploring upgrading after three years for the first time. I feel confident we have made the correct decision and both parties gained from it. More
