Jeff was keen to work with us and to get us the best deal he could possibly get from his managers. RBM Alpharretta has harsh policy in used vehicles with regards to warranty. If they believe so much in the m he could possibly get from his managers. RBM Alpharretta has harsh policy in used vehicles with regards to warranty. If they believe so much in the mechanical and overall inspection and maintenance pof their cars (whcih are mostly luxury cars) I don´t understand the hesitation in giving some sort of warranty.... it could be 1 year, 6 months, 5000 miles or even 1000 miles... anything would be better than left unprotected for possiible preexisting conditions. We recently purchased our new beautiful GLE, from RBM Alpharetta, There was a lovely place and friendly staff ,who helped us a lot. Dan Berry spent lots of hours on our purchasing process. He introduc Alpharetta, There was a lovely place and friendly staff ,who helped us a lot. Dan Berry spent lots of hours on our purchasing process. He introduced all features and differences between the GL classes to us ,as we were the first time Merceds customer. He spent efficient time on test drive with us ,several times. He followed up with manufacturing in Alabama to make sure we will receive the car on time ,so we can move forward with our traveling plan on this new year, Thanks Dan Ramona Razavi, spent more than 2 hours and explained any detail that we need to know about the financial process ,services, warranty, etc. Thanks Ramona Elizabeth helped us to have confidence while we start driving with our lovely GLE, as she explained all features in our check out time.
