Upon entering RBM of Alpharetta I was greeted by Chad at the front desk. Chad was very polite and professional, and guided me to my salesman Mark Higgs who was the absolute best! I’m a first time Mercedes Owner and Mark ensured I was properly educated on each vehicle he showed me. Mark was trustworthy; listened to me when I informed of what I was looking for and my price range; provided clear communication; and made the buying process quick and painless. Ramona from the finance department was super nice and very professional, and assisted in making the finance process smooth by providing concise and clear communication. I received the price that was negotiated with Mark Higgins (no last-minute surprises). Before leaving out the dealership Alivia provided a walk-through of the vehicle again to ensure I knew how to use all the gadgets and features on my new Mercedes ☺️. Alivia was very patient, sweet, and professional and didn’t mind all of my girls asking her to show them how to change the lighting a million times lol. Thank you Mark Higgs and RBM of Alpharetta for my A-M-A-Z-I-N-G experience in purchasing my very first Mercedes☺️!!! More
