It had been nearly 12 years since my last car purchase, and my previous car buying experience was less than stellar, with the typical sales games that you had to play in order to feel like you weren't getting taken for a ride. On my first interaction with Vadim, I knew this was going to be a much different experience. He was extremely personable, he was not pushy, he had a thorough knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in (which included the pros and cons of the car), and he was extremely forthcoming and transparent with all the financial information that I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with the sale. In addition to my interactions with Vadim, all of the other RBM staff were extremely pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in providing the best experience for their customers.
