It feels like you are purchasing from a family member. Thank you Kyle! Donnie Moore, the sales manager, is a delightful and congenial gentleman that is wonderful to work with and a man of his word. Diane Evans, the concierge, is a first class lady who was so helpful showing my son the salient features of the vehicle. I can honestly say my family and I were treated like guests at the Ritz from the moment we walked in to the time my son drove off in his new vehicle. We traveled from a few hours away and I strongly suggest coming here even if it means getting on a plane, you won't be disappointed. RBM of Alpharetta is our Mercedes dealer for life. More

I knew I wanted the same car as my previous (GLA250, 2018), however this time I was shooting for a 2019. Ms. Pamela Banda was absolutely exceptional! She was kind, attentive and thorough. She listened to and exceeded all of my needs! Thanks to Pamela and Lisa Brenan, who was also awesome as well, I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with a deal better than before!
