First time experience at RBM of Alpharetta We just happened across this dealership while test driving a Mercedes from another dealership. Thank goodness we did! From the initial phone call to signing of the paperwork, the experience was one of the best EVER for us when it comes to purchasing a car. Dan Berry (sales) was respectful, full of knowledge about the Mercedes line and a delight to work with. Two weeks after the purchase I reached out to him with some questions and he was so helpful and willing to spend time with me on the phone. Finance and the delivery specialist are first class. I was thinking that I would have my car serviced in Athens at the Mercedes dealership since I live here but I will be going back to RBM or Alpharetta instead. Worth the trip! More

My husband and I purchased a GLC3000 from Dan Berry at RBM of Alpharetta yesterday. Dan was very professional and polite and not the least bit pushy. He did everything he could to accommodate us.
