Scheduling the repair was easy to do online and the appointment that fit my schedule was easy and convenient. I dropped my mercedes off the night before and received a pleasant text from Kim Cates, who would serve as my Service Advisor for this repair. Kim let me know of another issue with the car and kept me posted on the repairs throughout the day. The car was completed by the expected time and the service facility is first class. This was the best service appointment I have had in years and I will be sure to have my vehicle serviced by RBM in the future. Kim Cates provided the first in class service that makes RBM stand out from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend using them for any service you may need on your Mercedes Benz! More
