We communicated all of the particulars via email, making it a very streamlined, efficient experience. Buyer Beware! I bought a preowned SUV here. Within the first week it was back for an issue with a thermostat, Now less than two months after the purchase, it needs I bought a preowned SUV here. Within the first week it was back for an issue with a thermostat, Now less than two months after the purchase, it needs over $5100 in repairs. I have driven this vehicle less than 2500 miles. The repair cost is 1/3 of the vehicle price. I'm blown away at this point. I encourage all potential customers to shop elsewhere. I felt comfortable shopping here, I was WRONG. A vehicle that needs to be repaired twice before 2000 miles was clearly sold with issues that were missed or passed over. It is a shame that the RBM name isn't what I thought it was. Buyers, please heed my warning. More
