First Class Service and Feeling Special I love being in the RBM of Alpharetta Family of MB. I just had another wonderful leasing experience (my 4th lease w/ Andy Sayers). Although I don't I love being in the RBM of Alpharetta Family of MB. I just had another wonderful leasing experience (my 4th lease w/ Andy Sayers). Although I don't lease the higher end of MB, I am treated like a Queen on the Red Carpet as if I just purchased the top of the line MB. The entire leasing process and selection of vehicle is so smooth with Andy...his attention to detail is incredible and appreciated. Then Sharon makes the back office financing end very easy and actually "enjoyable". I will continue to give HIM my business because HE provides the service experience that I desire and enjoy. He is attentive, thorough, knowledgeable and diligent. He just doesn’t sale cars, he build relationships; someone you can trust. However, the overall feeling as a customer walking into the dealership is COLD AND UNWELCOMING. The front desk is not inviting and all the sales people stand around looking as if they want to be home or with an expression of don’t bother me. I ONLY returned to that location because of Kagan Scott. Anyone else will not get my business, and if Kagan Scott leaves the dealership, I will definitely take my business to another location. More

Kagan Scott to me is a super salesman. I mean he's the kind of person who listens and articulates himself in a way that made me relax and I felt very comfortable. He was not pushy and never ever tried to control the conversation. He's definitely the type of person I would recommend to any of my family and friends.
