He confirmed it was available and set up a time for us to test drive it that afternoon. Mr. Scott was energetic, kind, and funny. He put my wife and me at ease, asking questions to get to know us better and point out various features that might appeal to us. He addresses all of our concerns, even during the test drive. Though it was not a Mercedes, Mr. Scott was knowledgeable about the Mazda and its specs. I test drove it first, then my wife drove it. It felt like we had a friend in the backseat! Once we went over some numbers, we came to an agreement and he passed us over to Tom Ahern in Finance. Mr. Ahern was kind and happy to congratulate us on our cash purchase -- quick and easy! We purchased our Mazda on a Saturday, and by Tuesday Mr. Scott was calling to answer any other questions we might've thought of since purchasing. We did have a couple of questions and he fully answered those for us, further solidifying our confidence in our purchase from RBM of Alpharetta. More

My salesman was Dan Berry, he was super friendly and professional, giving me all his attention and helping me purchase a beautiful convertible. The manager, Neil Turry was also friendly and professional concerning my trade-in vehicle. Lisa Brennan and Sharon Thompson from the finance department were also very friendly and professional. Diane Evans helped me with the delivery showing me all the components within the vehicle making sure I understood them before driving out.
