My experience with Jeff Twiggs at RBM of Alpharetta has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, dealing with Jeff Twiggs and the dealership has been a nightmare. I initially contacted RBM of Alpharetta and spoke with Jeff Twiggs twice. Each time, he assured me he would assist me in redeeming the voucher. However, after emailing him the voucher as requested, I never received a call back as promised. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending follow-up emails, my attempts to reach Jeff and other staff members were met with silence. The lack of communication and follow-through from Jeff Twiggs reflects poorly on his professionalism and the dealership's integrity. His failure to respond after multiple attempts demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer service and basic courtesy. If this is indicative of his typical behavior, it's no wonder why he should be relieved of his duties promptly. Moreover, the incompetence extends beyond Jeff Twiggs to the entire dealership staff. Despite being advised by Mercedes Customer Service that the voucher must be redeemed at RBM of Alpharetta, the staff there seemed clueless and unhelpful. It's astonishing that after twelve attempts to contact them, I still haven't received a single callback or any meaningful assistance. In conclusion, my experience with Jeff Twiggs and RBM of Alpharetta has been marked by incompetence, negligence, and a complete lack of customer care. For anyone considering doing business with this dealership, I strongly advise seeking alternatives where service and integrity are valued. More
