Long story short, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GWEN MOSS as your MB sales consultant! I met Gwen in April 2023, she was the partner of my initial MB sales consultant. Although I wasn’t directly appointed to Gwen as a sales consultant! I met Gwen in April 2023, she was the partner of my initial MB sales consultant. Although I wasn’t directly appointed to Gwen as a primary client, I only collaborated with her during my entire ordering process which ended Aug 2023. Once my built (2023 GLC 300 SUV) arrived to the dealership in August, I was unable to close the deal because I did not want to put down the required amount, $8500, on the vehicle. I was crushed that a vehicle I built, ordered and now ready for pickup, could not ultimately go home with me. I had a trade-in, a 2019 Mercedes-Benz 300 Coupe, but I was upside down $7500. Gwen came up with a solution…. She recommended that I purchase the brand new 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQB. The EQB had a $7500 cash back special that would cover my trade-in amount owed. Moreover, it provided the option of leasing the vehicle which was something I always wanted to do! It was a win-win situation so I took the deal! Roberto was the financing manager that close the deal on my brand new purchase, it took him 30 minutes! In total, The buying process took less than two hours! 1.5hrs I spent Taking photos and learning about my new car lol. Almost 6 months later Gwen and her very knowledgeable EV tech specialist Martin Hina, provide nothing less than outstanding customer support and guidance. I am very grateful for them both. I’ve been with Mercedes-Benz since 2017. My EQB is my 3rd Mercedes-Benz purchase. I don’t think I could own another make vehicle OR have a better sales consultant than Gwen Moss. I’m already looking very forward to Turning in my lease in 3yrs lol Gwen will close out that sale too! More
