Although the process for getting a car was long (the manufacturer isn't producing much inventoy), the people at RBM of Alpharetta were great during the time period. We worked directly with Reza Azizi ( manufacturer isn't producing much inventoy), the people at RBM of Alpharetta were great during the time period. We worked directly with Reza Azizi (for a 2nd car from this dealership) and found him to be thorough, considerate, knowledgable, and customer focused. A lot of retail car companies pretend they are customer focused, but they are really bottom line focused - this was not the case here. Within two hours of walking into the building, we had sold our car to them for a good price, made application for financing, warranties, protections, etc. and rolled out of the dealership with a new car. Great job Reza. Thanks for a second good experience. More
