Was interested in purchasing a specific used vehicle from this dealership, and had called to ask about it and ensure the vehicle was still available for purchase. Brandi helped set me up with an appointment this dealership, and had called to ask about it and ensure the vehicle was still available for purchase. Brandi helped set me up with an appointment to view that specific vehicle about 4 hours before the appointment time. After driving 3 hours for my scheduled appointment of this vehicle, I was informed by the sales representative that the car was not there and the owner of the dealerships daughter had come and grabbed the vehicle about an hour before my arrival. The sales manager, Troy, tried to get the vehicle back in, but she had leisurely taken the for sale vehicle to the beach. Troy offered to take detailed vehicle and deliver the vehicle to me upon its return to the dealership, which I appreciated. However, the sales team would not work with ‘their’ price for the vehicle, even though it was listed lower on other websites like Autotrader. Overall, a very disappointing experience due to the poor business practices at this dealership. More
