I just wanted to take the time to say that hands down the best car service I have ever received is from Gio and RC Hill Mitsubishi. I can’t recommend him or RC Hill enough. A few months ago, Gio went above and beyond in servicing my car and addressing my concerns, making for a superb experience. His honesty, integrity, and understanding really shone through. Gio made what could have been a very difficult situation, pleasant. I am so blessed to have him as my service adviser and I wouldn’t trust taking my car to anyone but him and RC Hill Mitsubishi. I've been a customer of RC Hill Mitsubishi for 6 years now (2 different vehicles), and every interaction has been perfect, 5 stars across the board. He's extremely personable and professional. My car-buying experiences have been stress-free and relatively quick. I cannot recommend him enough. All my service and vehicle maintenance events have been done through RC Hill's service center, and each experience has been great! They are fair and honest; they don't force unnecessary work and do their best to save me whenever they can.
