This was honestly the best car buying experience i've ever had. The People at RC HILL MITSUBISHI REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. While My sales man ROBERT DEAN showed us the cars we were interested in so we could see what they were like , He really took the time to really listen to our needs and observed our lifestyle to be able to get us a car that gave us what we really NEEDED as well as with some bells and whistles we didn't think much of at the time. Our credit wasn't the best and we had a repo from 4 years ago but He and TROY STOOPS the manager took their time PAINSTAKINGLY in order to get us approved for something. They don't just go running peoples credit willy nilly. they give you your options and based on your situation tell you what the honest expectations would be to prepare you ahead of time before having to run your credit. I love love the way they did things it was very natural and patient. They didn't fast talk us or sell us a dream they weren't there to make money off a quick sale. they truly care about their customers and their goal is to retain each customer. i plan on going to them for any of my next vehicles. I will also tell anyone looking for a car about RC HILL .
