They refuse to stand behind the vehicles they sell! They sold a used vehicle with a known problem and refuse to answer to the BBB properly, instead they said we didn't understand the vehicles features! This vehicle has a faulty with the auto start/stop feature. Or the transmission. Either was it should have been fixed, the issue was made aware to your dealership within 30 days of purchase but you said you didn’t offer a 30 day warranty incase an issue arose. So here we are with a vehicle that really is a safety issue and no solution from a dealership that can’t even service it because they don’t sell the brand! I will never recommend this dealership! Bought a new Outlander over two months ago. Wife has been trying to get all the paperwork. Has left messages and talked with my people. Still nothing. Someone sent a email that shows not what we agreed on. I contacted our salesman and stated I want all the paperwork including our signed buyers agreement as it's different from one sent. Have us less then we signed. After 20 minutes salesman said he would and I'd and contact me back in a bit. That was 12 days ago and never heard from him. Lucky I took pictures of it along with other paperwork.which doesn't match what they sent We have left 4 more messages and nothing. I left dealership thinking they were great people. Now I don't trust a thing they say.. wouldn't recommend going there. If you do. Take pic of everything. All they keep trying to do was sell us all this extended warranty crap we said we didn't want. Car is awesome. More
