From the moment I walked in to the closing of the deal and the surprise follow-up phone call from Heather, this was absolutely the way buying a car should be. I researched several different makes/models (which is why I chose Ricart), drove at least 5 different vehicles, was never pressured but was pleasantly surprised by the ease and relaxed nature of the whole experience.
