Stellar Experience I had not purchased or leased a vehicle for 14 years. I was rusty on how a purchase should be conducted. My sales person, Johnny Goodman, and the three other individuals that helped complete the transaction (I apologize that I don't remember their names, but I spent most of my time with Johnny) were very professional and helpful. I really did not know what to expect when I started my search for a car. I appreciated the treatment and guidance I was given from the staff at Ricart. I brought someone with me that day, but I feel on my next purchase or lease from Ricart I would actually feel comfortable to do the deal by myself.
