I just took delivery on a new 2022 MDX and this was my 6th and final MDX, with all previous ones purchased at Rallye Acura too. I've got a couple of issues. First one is that by mistake I left my CD case, 6th and final MDX, with all previous ones purchased at Rallye Acura too. I've got a couple of issues. First one is that by mistake I left my CD case, which consisted of approximately 30-40 CD's under the passenger seat in the vehicle I had returned prior to taking delivery of the new model I got a few weeks ago. I called the dealership to notify them and was told a couple of days later that the car had been cleaned out and the case was gone. This means that either their employee that cleaned the car either threw it out or kept the case. Whichever way it played out, it was the wrong way. The person should have given it to someone at the dealership. When I found out about this, I called and left a message for the general manager to call me. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven't received a call. I notified my salesman about this last Wednesday and sent him a follow up email this past Friday and still haven't heard anything. The other issue I have is that I ordered the car with the Tech package , as I've done with previous models. This GPS doesn't give traffic flow lines.! you could be sitting in bumper to bumper traffic and it makes no note of it on the screen. Sporadically it shows traffic flow lines on a road that I'm not traveling on or it's shown it on exit ramps that are in the opposite direction I'm traveling. I had the dealers service department look at it and the best answer they could give me is that's the way it is. They supposedly spent the better part of 2 days trying to fix it. The response they gave me is totally unacceptable. I looked through the navigation system guide book and it clearly shows that there should be traffic flow lines on whatever is in the screen. I called Acura corporate yesterday and was told that the navigation now works on HD band not satellite. I told the rep that I live 20 miles from NYC and that the HD signal is constantly seen on my navigation screen. She told me to contact the dealer. Clearly this is a defect in the car. I would very much like to return the vehicle and get my money back. I keep kicking myself for not getting the BMW X5. This is the last MDX I'm getting More
