I brought my car to be fixed > chad called me and said it was fixed !! i paid$1500, the next day i had the same problem !! when we toweled it back they said your car had a different problem !! and it was fixed !! i paid$1500, the next day i had the same problem !! when we toweled it back they said your car had a different problem !! and will cost you another 1200 >> Now they don't know what they are doing in the service dept. Now it is a Joke to have someone docent know what is the problem evevthough the did diagnostic service on my car !!!! and now i have to pay for the ignorance >> this is the second week waiting for my car to be fix >> and i called today 5 times no one answer and no one got back to me !! Great place to have your Acura serviced I needed service but was concerned about going to the facility at this time. I called my service advisor Chad Tammaro and told him what services I ne I needed service but was concerned about going to the facility at this time. I called my service advisor Chad Tammaro and told him what services I needed and my concern. He told me not to worry and to expect a call from Enza to set up my appointment. She called me right away and was able to get an appointment for the next day using their valet service. She is so nice to speak with. They came to my office to pick up my car and came back to drop it off when the service was complete. It was so easy. They are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Chad is honest in making recommendations on what needs to be done right away and what items could wait for my next service. When you hear bad stories of service shops It's nice to know you won't be be taken advantage of when you have your car serviced at Rallye Acura. I highly recommend them. More
