I really like to get into the numbers such as the money factors, residual and cap costs and he gave me paperwork with al the details so I wouldn't have to guess. Walking in I didn't know much about Acura or the car I thought I wanted, which was at first the ILX. William my salesman was phenomenal! He took me through each car the ILX and TLX and we came to a decision that the TLX was more for me. What I liked about this dealership was that they weren't pushy in the decision process. As the consumer, I felt as if I was in control, which is a nice feeling because I personally don't like someone bribing me to buy something I'm not 100% interested in. Right away I could test drive the TLX, where that was it I fell in love. William truly was amazing who helped my dream car become my reality. The whole staff was great and informative throughout the entire purchasing process and I couldn't be more pleased.
