I was on time for my 9:40 am NYS Inspection. I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. I was told to sit in the waiting area and someone would help me. 30 minutes later I met with a service adviso I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. I sat and waited. 2.5 hours later I finally asked about my car and suddenly I received a voucher for a free car wash and was told my car was ready! Really? Not great customer service this time. More

I had a noise in the front of my 2018 mdx. It was intermittent which was troubling in itself to prove to staff at a Rallye Acura. I was dealing with svc rep Peter and he was professional and patient with dealing with my crazy issue. I got my car into shop and took test drive with Anthony a svc manager from repair shop. After a few attempts at trying to have intermittent noise appear it finally did. Anthony asked to drive vehicle and it happened again after a few turns. He took car in and said he would have issue figured out for me. After about a week my vehicle was ready. There seemed to be a torquing issue in the suspension. This group of people at Rallye are great in addressing any issues I might have with vehicle. Patient and helpful through this entire process. More
