Another great service experience. I brought my TL in for service because my airbag warning light came on. The problem was assessed and part needed was ordered. I was called to set up an appointment when the part came in. As soon as I arrived Norman took my key and made sure my car was quickly repaired. As soon as the repair was finished Enza took care of my check out. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive here. More
Luv Rallye Acura I work nights & went in first thing the next morning for an oil change & a noise I was hearing in my front end. It was unusallly busy that day & took a bit longer than expected. I had work the same evening and needed rest and Mike saw me in uniform and apologized for the delay. I was offered a service loaner until when my car was ready. Everything that I had an issue w/ was addressed and fixed! My car is just like the first day I drove it from dealership! They went above and beyond. I was texted later that same afternoon when my vehicle was ready but opted for pick up the next day b/c I would’ve been stuck in traffic & then late for work. They totally understood & apologized again for my inconvenience. I’m always treated like VIP when I go here. Thank you again! More

Service I took my car to service for a transmission and door rattle issue. The code update for the transmission seems to have helped a bit but the occasional I took my car to service for a transmission and door rattle issue. The code update for the transmission seems to have helped a bit but the occasional door rattle is still there. Not their fault tho since I can't always replicate the issue myself. Overall they made an effort and provided me with a loaner so I wouldn't be inconvenienced by my car being in the shop. I'd still highly recommend Rallye Acura and I'd recommend Kenny Persaud as well! More

My MDX I owned my 2011 MDX, I have had my MDX serviced at Ralley Acura since 30,000 mi. To 125k For the changing of a light bulb to major service. My MDX had a constant noise, I was told 3 different times they figured the noise out. After spending $1700. I was told it would cost a additional 1300, to fix. By a different service advisor on Friday. The following week my regular service advisor tells me that it will cost $1800. To fix & that was after he spoke to his manager. I left the dealership completely dejected, dismayed, knowing I was being dragged over the hot coals. More
