Everyone has always been polite, helpful, professional, and honest. I can't ever remember a bad experience. I'd highly recommend Rallye to anyone. Chad, Enza, and Norman are especially helpful and eager to give the best possible service at everyone of my visits. I have heard numerous instances where clients feel they have been completely ripped off by their dealerships. I will never be told to get something repaired unless it is absolutely necessary. More
Usually great experience, my last visit diappointed. I ordinarily love your service experience. I purchased my 2007 MDX from Rallye & had most of my service done there. A few weeks ago I brought the car I ordinarily love your service experience. I purchased my 2007 MDX from Rallye & had most of my service done there. A few weeks ago I brought the car in for a B13 routine service. It went smoothly and my service consultant Keeyoung Moon was very efficient and friendly. The day I got the car home, the alarm went off soon after I locked the car. Thereafter it went off 5 more times over the following few days which was every time that I locked the car. I called service back and brought the car back. I waited for the repair and after a short time Mr Moon came into the waiting room and told me that the problem was a failed front hood latch and needed a new latch and alarm sensor which was about a $450 repair for parts and labor. I questioned him that It seemed obvious to me that the latch was damaged during the previous service.I based that belief on the fact that the alarm never went off ever in the 11 years I've owned the car and then immediately after the service visit it went off every time the car was locked. Mr Moon was very courteous and got permission to give me 10% off parts and labor. While I appreciate that gesture, I don't believe that it enough given the obvious culpability. Could this failure be a coincidence? Obviously, but realistically I believe it is a result of the previous service visit and I should have been compensated more significantly.
