Loyalty has no home I owned my 2011 MDX, I have had my MDX serviced at Ralley Acura since 30,000 mi. To 125k For the changing of a light bulb to major service. My MDX had a constant noise, I was told 3 different times they figured the noise out. After spending $1700. I was told it would cost a additional 1300, to fix. By a different service advisor on Friday. The following week my regular service advisor tells me that it will cost $1800. To fix & that was after he spoke to his manager. I left the dealership completely dejected, dismayed, knowing I was being dragged over the hot coals. More
