Acura Rallye was terrific ! The wiring in the engine , which is the fault of HONDA , ( yellow tape) is used to wire the engine. They fixed the car and had it wired with a grey tape that repeals the rodents., I Think Honda should warm all of the cars they sell and fixi this immediately ?. More

Hello, I have made contact with the dealership regarding my negative experience. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much resolved that could evolve, since it was all at the hands of those negligent that regarding my negative experience. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much resolved that could evolve, since it was all at the hands of those negligent that day and even with the associate who scheduled my appointment. Both issues would have been avoided had proper professionalism and competence been exercised accordingly, insuring that incidents such as mine would not impact a customer. When I spoke the the service manager, I conveyed the details contributing to my disdain and upset resulting in my departure from your dealership . My life has no room to work with individuals unfamiliar and unreliable with the positions they hold. Hope this helps in your professional pursuit to make your dealership a better place.  More
