The conversations are genuine and I'm so surprised they would remember certain things. They are the reason why Rallye Acura's Service Department is #1 in the NY area. All the other service staff members I have dealt with are also great too. (Shop Foreman Anthony? And Service Advisor Keeyoung Moon) I am happy to hear that Chad recently got promoted and he definitely deserves it! He is a hard working Service Advisor and does his very best to help you out. I bought my car from Rallye (in2004!) and Rallye is the only place I’ve taken it to be serviced. The people who work in the service department have always treated me (and my car!) very well.
