Our experience with Rallye BMW has been extremely disappointing. We took delivery of a new leased BMW on August 10, and almost immediately began having recurring connectivity/CarPlay problems affecti disappointing. We took delivery of a new leased BMW on August 10, and almost immediately began having recurring connectivity/CarPlay problems affecting multiple phones. BMW was already aware of similar issues through a service bulletin issued before we leased the vehicle, yet we have been bounced between sales and service without anyone taking clear responsibility or providing a permanent solution. The problem does not occur in other BMWs we’ve driven, including the loaner. After leasing a brand-new vehicle, we should not be dealing with an unresolved known defect and repeated temporary fixes.
