Rallye never resolved or effectively troubleshooted the issue but highlighted other things wrong instead. The mechanic suggested replacing the battery and all the cables - the battery was replaced in Dece issue but highlighted other things wrong instead. The recommended work totaled around $4k but the mechanic did not offer what the real issue was. This was a fishing expedition that would have costed me as much as the car is worth. I have taken my car to Rallye exclusively since I bought it and I feel that more attention is placed on upselling then actually providing value to the customer and solving the problem. I had brought the car in to replace the bulb for the halo light and was quoted over $2k because the mechanic said the light fixture was old. I just needed a bulb for $150 and discussed this with the service rep. This resolved the issue. In my recommended quote from the mechanic he added a $270 charge for troubleshooting the issue with the airbag light, yet that is why brought the car in and paid $270 for in the first place. Not happy with Rallye. More

This may be my last time with BMW. This I believe is my third leased car through Rallye. Sales, service are great. BUT... Last week i started getting calls that my payment was missed. I was shocked because I always have an automatic deduction, and in the seven years I have had BMW I have not been late for one minute with payment. I called this morning at 9 :15 and spoke with finance. They told me that there is no automatic deduction and I insisted it had always been done in the past. They said I would have to call the dealer. I did. I was told it had to be set up with finance. Again surprised so I tried to do online. Could not. Have no account. Called finance at 12:15. Three hours into my work day. The rep told me I would have to set up on line. Tried to set up an account. Had to try five different passwords. Took me till 1:00. Finally was able to access website. Got a message......SORRY THIS PAGE CANNOT BE ACCESSED AT THIS TIME...TRY LATER. Seven years of BMW and not one minute of late payment BECAUSE I BELIEVE THE DIRECT PAYMENTS WERE SET UP IN THE DEALERSHIP. This time I have to set it up, but because I did not know that, I am getting calls from finance about my past due payment. ON A DIRECT WITHDRAW PLAN. So its now 1:15 and I am going to go back and attempt to give these finance people all of my payment information, WHICH THEY HAVE HAD FOR SEVEN YEARS. More
