Specifically asked the service rep to look at the lowest cost option first to fix the vehicle. He comes back with a price tag of $1,600. I tell him that is outrageous and I am taking the car back. Blown away by the attention to detail by Bert Vargas! I drove from 3 hours away to purchase a vehicle from Bert over at Rallye Bmw and I have to say I was impressed.
