I have usually had good experience in the past. I was very unhappy about the games they played w pricing for my service last time . Their value service for my car is 99.99 for an oil chance which I was very unhappy about the games they played w pricing for my service last time . I had brought this to the attention of the service person before they finalize my bill last time . What do I find .? They had all these itemize break downs which add soy much more than 99.99 for my oil change like a itemize line of 30 dollars to “reset oil filter “. This is ridiculous to me. I have my invoice . Is it not like the games . I paid over 100 dollars more than what my bill should have been . I was I a rush and did not bother to dispute at the end. All the itemizing in the invoice was done to confuse me to make it harder to figure out what the bill should have been. I do not appreciate this type of game ! More
