When we went back, we discovered that Bobby was no longer in sales, but was now a Finance Manager. Bobby handled the finances for us after he connected us with Joseph Lipari as our Client Advisor to handle the sale end of things. We were very happy with Joe, and he also helped us feel comfortable throughout the whole process with his friendly and professional manner. Joe never wavered on the deal he presented to us, and we got our car just as expected. Having Joe and Bobby feels like the Dream Team! I’ve had quite a few experiences buying cars from dealerships, and the two times we bought vehicles from BMW stand out as the best, hands down. The big picture was never in question for either car (the first was an X2 that we traded in), and the details and smaller touches are appreciated as well.
