A great Service Visit I checked in & was given my loaner car in a few minutes! I was told upfront that due to rain storms over the past few days they may need to keep my ca I checked in & was given my loaner car in a few minutes! I was told upfront that due to rain storms over the past few days they may need to keep my car over night & would I mind. SInce I had a loaner available to me I did not care. I did appreciate their upfront acknowledgement of possible service delays. After a couple of hours, I received a call that my car was ready! I headed over & all service items were attended too & my car was shiny & clean!! All is great at Rallye BMW! My advisor Gianni is the best! More
