Not what I was expecting I brought my car in on Black Friday to have it cleaned. It was my first time visiting you folks. I waited for several minutes outside the service ar I brought my car in on Black Friday to have it cleaned. It was my first time visiting you folks. I waited for several minutes outside the service area. No one approached me, No one greeted me. No one said hello. I had to get out of the car. Still no one approached. Finally I grabbed someone with a clipboard. No one ever introduced themselves and said anything substantive towards me about time, had I ever had the car by here before, etc. I left the car and someone else drove off with it. No one said, "Hey we have_____ inside, have a seat here, etc.." Nothing, no one told me how long it might take. I told the first person that I didn't have my cell with me, but he took the number down anyway. He didn't ask where I would be in the interim. No one told me when the car was ready. No one asked me whether I was being helped. I finally saw the car outside, assumed it was done, and then got in and drove away. Folks, what do you think about this. I am not making anything up here.
