We thought he was very pleasant, honest and straightforward. He walked us through the options available and we were very happy with the price and process. Sol Pak, the business manager was great as he took us through the paperwork and he offered and explained to us additional options, but never tried to sell anything. When we picked up the car we met with Terrance Palmer, the BMW Genius who walked us through the operations of the car and all it’s features and infotainment center. He was very patient with us and showed us all that it can do. It was clear that everyone was happy at work at Rallye and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a BMW. More

Great customer service I brought my 535 for a tire repair. I was given a loaner and had the car back by the end of the day. My customer rep. Chy went above and beyond.
