Misrepresentation and no follow through I purchase a BMW X3 with the adaptive cruise control specifically for driving in traffic, and the added navigation package to be read and dictate emai I purchase a BMW X3 with the adaptive cruise control specifically for driving in traffic, and the added navigation package to be read and dictate emails through Apple car play. The adaptive cruise control does not respond when someone cuts in, in traffic, and speeds up at times when it should slow down. The Apple car play does not work for email. I went through this with the Genius team and they told me this was normal for the ACC, and that the email interface is not available with this model. I have driven other cars with ACC and they have far superior technology. The email interface was totally misrepresented in that this would work and interface. When I told this to the sales manager Danielle, she said she would look into it and get back to me within an hour or two. It has been one week and I have called every day and left VM's with no reply's. I have yet to have the courtesy of a returned call from her. David, my salesman, called me back 2 days ago, and promised a return call with both he and her on the line. I called corporate who said that I should have the dealer take the car and run a diagnostics on the ACC. They also suggested to use Siri of the email. I have not been successful with the Siri interface on the Email. I have been trying to communicate with the sales personnel on the service call and a loaner, but they have not gotten back to me. Overall the the two options I have listed above are the reason I purchased the car. I am not only totally underwhelmed with the car (my previous car an Audi Q5 handled and cornered much better) for the above reasons, but I'm totally frustrated that no none has even the courtesy to return my calls and address my problems and the misrepresentation. More
