I made an schedule and when I got to bmw I was told they already did the recall. Yet the customer service had no advised me if it was already done. I had to take a half a day for no reason. Also I was being told I am getting the sale price for oil change when online that’s the price for my oil change. Also they had only vacuumed my car and didn’t even wipe my dash board. More
