Repair gone wrong - But made right In for inspection and oil change. They recommended an engine belt replacement. Work completed same day. Upon pickup, engine start/stop didn't sound ri In for inspection and oil change. They recommended an engine belt replacement. Work completed same day. Upon pickup, engine start/stop didn't sound right. Took two days and extra visit by me to end up discovering a missing grommet caused the noise. A grommet moved during the belt change. Upon final delivery, car was loaded with birdxxxx on hood. No one was around. Ended up cleaning it with a bottle of water and tissues I had in my pocket. I expect premium service - and this wasn't it. Needs more attention to detail (business to good?) PS It was Chris Bianco who finally helped clear this up. Thanks to Chris. More

The worse customer service I’ve had in my life!!!! Service was horrible!!! I made numerous complaints about car noises and all I got was my requests ignored and never got any issues settled. I even was charged for loaner cars - 50 dollars cash out of pocket at times. I was also given mismatched tires- all in all my experience with the 750xi 2016 was a horrible one.
