The dealership when I arrived had the incorrect vehicle on file with the incorrect VIN. Due to the this I was given a non-comparable smaller vehicle even though I drive an M powered SUV used to drive my ki on file with the incorrect VIN. Due to the this I was given a non-comparable smaller vehicle even though I drive an M powered SUV used to drive my kids and family around. Chy was asked to update my vehicles iDrive but failed to do so! This request was written on the service order along with the needed oil change and a reminder was sent to his phone via text message. Chy finally called at around 2pm stating the vehicles oil service was completed. I asked why the update to the iDrive was not done and he replied he wasn’t aware the service was requested even though it was on the work order. Then he stated it costs money to perform the service and assumed I didn’t want to have the work done. At this point already frustrated I arrived and went to the service desk to retrieve my serviced vehicle along with the paperwork. The rep at the desk stated my vehicle was washed, serviced, and cleaned per aCOVID guidelines. My vehicle was refined to me extremely dirty with no sanitation or interior or exterior wash performed. I took pictures and complained to my service advisor Chy over the phone on how this happened. Overall Chy is extremely incompetent, rude, and should not be customer facing at all! Also, the service advisor has an automated message stating if you need anything while you car is being serviced please text me. The service advisor admitted that it was an automated text that does not receive customer replies but failed to fix this or convey this to customers ahead of time. The service advisors voicemail was also full so customer cannot leave a message either! When I have time I will be writing a letter to BMW corporate regarding the poor customer service experience and failure to sanitize the vehicle per COVID guidelines and as the dealership has falsely stated they has completed! I have been to this dealership 2-3 times before and have to say the service has gone down a lot. Retrain your service advisor who is ultimately responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience which he so awfully failed to do! More
