1. I didn’t have any service rep going through the service items with me when I came in. It was unclear what would be done for the day. 2. The loaner vehicle I reserve wasn’t available. Had to wait f service items with me when I came in. It was unclear what would be done for the day. 2. The loaner vehicle I reserve wasn’t available. Had to wait for update and no one told me what was included and not included with the loaner (it was my first time). 3. When picking up the car after the service the finance dept failed to give me details of the services other than a grand total on the bill. It was a good thing I took a second look and went back to ask for it. It was very unprofessional. More
