A pleasure as always I brought my car in for a computer system recall, and a problem with squeaky breaks they had it ready within a few hours. Unfortunately the breaks were still squeaking, but they were able to get me back in for another appointment. Terence from the week prior greeted me and apologized for the issue returning. Im sure they see many people in a day, and it was nice not to have to reiterate the issue to a new agent. I was put right into a loaner and had my car back in a few days with the problem resolved.
