My experience Unprofessional, in my opinion. Save yoyr time and go to a different dealer. The wait time are ridiculous for the simplest things, And everyone runs Unprofessional, in my opinion. The best experience at Rallye BMW I've been to other BMW Service facilities and they are no match to Rallye BMW. Frank is the most honest and very professional Service Advisor there. I've gotten assigned to others, wasn't as satisfying; the genuineness care for a customer that Frank showed was beyond satisfying. I like the staff at the service drop off and pick up. They were all very polite. They never made me wait longer than 3 mins. If it takes longer they made sure to inform me. More
Poor service, no return phone calls, problem not fixed I am having issues with the Media in my X2. Audible would keep dropping during play. I was told the computer needed to be repaired or replaced. Took the car in for service and was then told there was nothing wrong with the computer. Don't know what they did but now I can't play Audible at all! The techs and "geniuses" cannot figure out the problem and were going to corporate for an answer. That was a month ago! After repeated phone calls to service and promises of return calls from geniuses to the service manager, I have not heard back from anyone!! At all! Terrible service. More
My Experience at Rallye BMW Service Center The tactic they used is all about draining my warranty come out of money. My car went in the service dept. For a broken side mirror, it was there for over 4wks cause the mirror was on back order. They made about $15,000 plus I had to come out my pocket 3,500 cause I had a minor damage to their loaner car. They're straight up and down RIP OFF. My service advisor Miss Muniz is the best, she always goes above and beyond to make sure my visit to the service center was a good one and my problem was going to be fix whatever it takes. I felt my situation with the loaner car could have ended much better than it did with the service manager. I'm a customer than come they very often and it just make leave with a bad taste in my mouth for Rallye BMW. And I was in contact to leave the X3 M with Keith Linsay and I purposely let the deal fall through because of my situation in service. More
