Rallye Service Can Kick Rocks Not sure if there has been a change in leadership in the service center but I brought my car in because I had a bad oil leak and my head unit wasn’t w Not sure if there has been a change in leadership in the service center but I brought my car in because I had a bad oil leak and my head unit wasn’t working. I got the car diagnosed. They charged me for an hour ($190) to tell me that I had an oil leak when a blind person could have done the same for free. Especially since I told them it was gasket related. I was informed it would take weeks for the head unit to come but I needed to leave a deposit. I arrive to pick up the car and it had not been washed and my fluids were not topped off because I got the oil control message shortly after I pulled off. After waiting the two weeks, with no update, I show up unannounced to find out that the part would not be available for another two to three weeks. I request a refund of the deposit. I am told that they cannot credit the card but will issue a check. A few days later they can credit my card but I was told I needed to come in. I drive the 40 minutes to find out I didn’t need to be present for my card to be credited. I have been dealing with Rallye for almost the entire time I had my car, 13 years, and the level of service and excellence has declined while the pricing has gone up. That equation does not work for me. Carol is my service advisor. She continues to be the only reason I still deal with Rallye. Her professionalism, candor and tact makes her an absolute pleasure to work with even when things go as haywire as they recently did. She is an outstanding asset to the business and if she isn’t there, I will not be any longer either. More
