In 2015 I bought my first GL at Rallye. A week later I met my Service Advisor, John Ciccotelli. It's now 2021 and I am on my third GL and in 2020 I leased a car from Rallye for my wife. Wondering why? met my Service Advisor, John Ciccotelli. It's now 2021 and I am on my third GL and in 2020 I leased a car from Rallye for my wife. Wondering why? Very simple, because of the service provided by John. Yes, Mercedes are great cars but they are cars. Mechanical stuff needs upkeep and to me the worst thing is having to worry about it. Thanks to the incredible service provided by John Ciccotelli I have NEVER HAD A WORRY in 6 years. Never had to return because something was not done properly and always satisfied with the very reasonable cost. My next GL will be here in 2023 from Rallye and I rest easy knowing it will be properly cared for with never a worry or cost concern. More

I was scheduled for A maintenance at 8:00 was told it would take one to one and one half hours. Arrived at 7:50 did not see service manager until 8: 25 was again told it would be 1 to 11/2 hours.
