Go for a 2nd opinion The service I received was extraordinarily bad. My wife pocked up a nail in her GLC. The service center told her the tire couldn't be repaired and a replacement had to be ordered. When our local gas station looked at the car and showed us all 4 tires needed to be replaced. Someone hit my E Mercedes in the lot. My blind spot sensor did not work. The car's bumper showed no external damage but the whole bumper had to be replaced because the bumper and control panel. where one unit. The service department should have told me right away this was the case. $3,000 dollars later the problem was fixed. Their service is cursory at best. Safety is something would expect from a Mercedes dealership More
