service excellence I usually have my sprinter service done in Long island city because it is close to work, but this time I was not able to find anyone in the shop who i I usually have my sprinter service done in Long island city because it is close to work, but this time I was not able to find anyone in the shop who is familiar with the PSM unit that I try to order and installed. And what's worse is after I left several message for the service department, no one bother to call me back. I called Rallye motor and I was immediately greeted by John Ciccotelli. He is familiar with the item I need and he also connected me with service department, so I was able to get the unit and have it installed at the dealership. What's more amazing, is I had received a recall from Mercedes Benz, but when I called long island city, no one bother to help me, or they said the parts is not available. but Rallye Motor is able to secure the parts and have it installed at the same time. I was never offered a loaner car when I go to long island city, but Ralley motor offered me a loaner car, so I don't have to take the bus back to my office. I am really satisfied with their overall service. More

He followed up my many questions with very honest and helpful answers. He even gave me his personal number to call him on his day off! When I explained that I live in Virginia, the dealership was very accommodating and provided some reimbursement for my travel to New York. Rodni spent a lot of time wirh me explaining how to use all of the features of the car and even programmed the navigation for my trip home. He provided all of the documentation I would need to title the car in my state. And, again, he encouraged me to contact him on his personal number if I had any issue. I met other people at the dealership and they were equally gracious and helpful. The car is a dream, exactly as described. I honestly have never had a better experience with a dealership in all my years. I’m a 65+female and I especially was so pleased with the professional way this transaction was handled. Yep! Worth a trip to NY to buy from this dealership. I highly recommend Rodni and Rallye Motors. More
