Consider that dealership service departments, in general, are not always known for putting the customer first. But Ken does just that, and he is so trustworthy. He knows that a long term relationship with a customer is much more profitable for the dealership than a quick kill. Sales: David Banco - Salesmen are there to earn commissions and for the dealership to make profit. That's the way it should be. But David is a straight shooter. He knows his cars, and when he doesn't, he looks up the answers to my questions. He does not just say anything to make a sale. He's a good guy and my wife and I will continue to work with him into the future. And like Ken Vachris, he knows that a long term relationship with a customer is much more profitable for the dealership than a quick kill.
