Over the course of 50 or so years I have owned many Great Cars. But remember, they are cars, mechanical objects. Since 2015 this is my fourth car from Rallye simply because of the service provided by my advisor, John Ciccotelli. Over the last six years I have come to John routinely and in emergencies and in each situation the outcome has been nothing short of perfect plus all at reasonable cost. I plan on ordering a 2023 AMG 63S from Tom Walton my salesperson simply because of my history with John and the Rallye team. More

My advisor, Patrick was good. He’s helpful and answers my calls on a timely manner. The two issue is that I was missing the fuse box covering piece from the passenger side of my vehicle which they claimed th calls on a timely manner. The two issue is that I was missing the fuse box covering piece from the passenger side of my vehicle which they claimed they never touched. I later found that piece under the mat. It must have fallen off when they put back my car mat. They do a car wash, which they really shouldn’t because the mats are soaked wet when they put it back in. The second thing, my air vents were making loud noises so I had to bring it back in which they told me “a leaf” was the cause for the noise. I wish they would inspect the vehicle throughly and not rush through the job. Someone needs to give everyone’s vehicle a second look before returning it to the customer. We pay for the service and deserve for it to be fully completed. Thank you. More
