As my car gets "more mature" problems arise. I can always count on John to explain what is needed and take care of it quickly. Went to redo a bleed on the coolant system due to air bubbles that were left in the system on the previous service . Was annoyed that the right job wasn’t done the first time . And I had to lose my day a bubbles that were left in the system on the previous service . Was annoyed that the right job wasn’t done the first time . And I had to lose my day and potentially cause damage to my engine as a result of overheating on more then 3 different occasions since that service . Ken the Advisor was fair in rectifying the situation . While I was there , I knocked on the garage door and requested from Andrew to speak to Omar the mechanic . I asked Omar if I can see what’s being done as far as bleeding the air bubbles out of the coolant system . He agreed and took me Over to the vehicle . A minute later the shop manager or service manager may be one of he same . The guy walking around with a suit . Walked me out . As he walked me out he smirked over at Andrew , the guy that met me in . As though we caught this one . He then proceeded to complain to the foreman to talk to Ken the advisor about controlling his customers . I approached this Manager and requested of him to correct his mistake and inform The advisor that I was accompanied . He said he would . He never did . Ken went ahead and reviewed the video to see what actually was . And he was able to observe that I was always accompanied, never alone . The manager gets a 1 out of 5 for giving wrong information . He should be responsible and professional enough to check himself first . Especially after I already told him what was . Perhaps Ken should also be taken more seriously as his intelligence kind of conflicts with his job description. As is why he has outbursts. Over qualified . He should be reviewed for a managerial position . Maybe teach this manager a thing or two about staying honest . No reason for that stupid Smirk . People see everything. And they go home with that everything. Bad enough I had to go back to get the same job done twice . I don’t need BS stories thrown at my face as well . I asked for permission to see my car and I was taken by the mechanic to see my car . This manager owes Ken an apology !!! More
