Somewhat disappointed 1) Wanted to charge me more than $800- to repair an oil leak. When I notified them that a different dealership had already repaired that leak, Rallye 1) Wanted to charge me more than $800- to repair an oil leak. When I notified them that a different dealership had already repaired that leak, Rallye said it was just oil residue after further investigation. But had I not questioned that initial diagnosis, I would have paid $800- for something that didn't need to be fixed. 2) Car went back three times in three weeks 3) Dealership Damaged Dash when replacing center speaker -they did replace the damage part but no apology. 4) wanted to charge $250- to repair tire rim when I could get it repaired by a reputable place for $90-. So, I took my business to a reputable tire store that repaired the rim to perfection for $90.....NOT $250- 5) When the car came back for the third time...because the service message appeared on the dash....I left it with the dealership. When I spoke to my advisor he claimed the mechanics found nothing wrong. I exclaimed, "oh, come on. that's bull s**t" Not angrily..just matter of factly. Well, while that might not be the best response I could have given....getting shouted at in return and lectured about the use of that word was a little over the top. I think it should be understood that anybody who had just spent nearly $5000- in repairs...and has to bring their car back three times...in three weeks....does have a little right to be frustrated with said dealership or mechanic. 6) Never return calls. Feel like I"m rushed in and rushed out. When three days had passed and I hadn't heard anything, finally service called me. When I questioned repairs made on the car service advisor became annoyed. I told him I had the right to question the repairs and not to treat me like that. The response, "I treat everyone the same way...you're no different" My advice, if that's the way you treat "everyone"...work on your people skills. Will I be back?....ugh...maybe. Do I think they'll take this message to heart? Nope. Too bad. More
