Patrick kept me informed every step of the way. I was facing a very large repair bill on my SL550 as the result of an incorrectly installed battery by AAA. My car needed to be towed to Rallye, Patri I was facing a very large repair bill on my SL550 as the result of an incorrectly installed battery by AAA. My car needed to be towed to Rallye, Patrick Ripley my service advisor assured me that the car would be repaired and returned to it's original condition and he kept me informed every step of the way. The car was diagnosed, I was informed of what needed to be replaced and the exact cost, a very expensive lesson learned. If you own a Mercedes, you take it to Rallye, they are the experts, they have the knowledge and ability to repair your car as it should be. More
I was happy with their quick and prompt service. But my iPhone cable was missing when I picked it up and they told me that someone will check and call me back. No one called and I let it go.
